Shipping policy

Orders are processed within one to two working days and sent tracked. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is £4.95, and it is free on orders over £125.

The estimated delivery window is shown on every product page and again at checkout, before you pay. We would rather you saw it there than discovered it afterwards. Once your parcel is on its way you will receive tracking by email, and it will stay live until the parcel arrives.

Delivery estimates are estimates. They are based on what our carriers actually achieve rather than on what sounds good, but weather, strikes and the weeks around Christmas can all add a day or two. If your parcel is running materially later than the window we gave you, email us and we will find out where it is rather than asking you to wait longer.

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, email us first and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you and what it would cost.

If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered — a wrong address, or nobody able to receive it after the carrier's attempts — we will contact you to arrange a re-send or a refund. A re-send is charged at the standard delivery rate.
