Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free UK delivery on every order over £80. Below that it is £4.95, tracked either way.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?

You have 30 days to send them back, unworn and in the box. Return postage is yours to cover — we’d rather say so here than let you find it at checkout. Once your return reaches us the refund is issued within three working days, the price of the item plus the standard delivery you paid, to the card you paid with.

How do I choose the right size?

We use standard UK sizing, and every shoe page has a size guide with the insole length for each UK size. Measure your foot and buy the size whose insole is 5–8 mm longer. Between sizes, take the larger.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and sent tracked. Delivery is then 6–9 working days — dispatched by our fulfilment partner in Asia and shipped straight to you, which is why it takes longer than a UK warehouse.

Is my payment secure?

Checkout is encrypted and handled by Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
