What to include
If it is about an order, your order number is enough — we can see the rest. If it is about sizing, tell us the length of your foot in centimetres and the style you are looking at, and we will tell you which size to take. If we do not know something, we will say so rather than guess.
Returns
You do not need to email first, but it is quicker if you do: we will send you the return address and confirm what happens next. Thirty days, unworn and in the box. Return postage is yours to cover. Once your return reaches us the refund is issued within three working days, to the card you paid with.
