Our Story
Wrenith sells shoes for the part of the year when getting dressed stops being fun. Boots, loafers, flats and heels — and the knitwear that goes with them.
We don’t make any of it, and we’re not going to pretend we do. There’s no mill, no atelier, no fourth generation. Wrenith is a small business that chooses good pieces, prices them honestly and stands behind what it ships. We’d rather say that plainly than borrow a history we don’t have.
How we choose
One pair you wear four days a week beats four pairs you rotate out of guilt. So we buy for the ones that survive that: a sole that grips a wet pavement, a heel you can still walk on at eleven, a leather that creases instead of cracking.
We describe what we can verify. Every style lists its insole length in centimetres, per size — because a UK 5 is not a UK 5 across two different makers, and fit is the reason most shoes go back. Where we don’t know a material percentage, we describe the construction instead of guessing at a number.
Prices are set by what the piece is — not by what a crossed-out number next to it could make it look like. There are no crossed-out numbers here.
What we promise
Thirty days to send them back, unworn and in the box. Return postage is yours to cover, and we’d rather tell you that here than let you find it at checkout. Nothing else comes off the total.
Once your return reaches us, your refund is issued within three working days — the price of the item plus the standard delivery you paid — to the card you paid with. Not a credit note. Not “up to fourteen days”. Not a form you have to chase.
If you need us before that, email. A person replies within one working day, Monday to Friday. There’s no chatbot and there’s no phone tree.
What you won’t find here
No countdown timers. No “only 3 left”. No reviews we didn’t earn. No “was £320” on a boot that was never £320. No supplier photograph of a shoe on a mirrored floor.
If it’s on this site, it’s true. If it stops being true, it comes off.
